KM Home Improvement provides professional home improvement and renovation services, including home renovations and remodeling, framing and structural work, drywall installation and finishing, interior and exterior renovations, siding and exterior repairs, flooring installation, painting and finish work, general home repairs and improvements, demolition and cleanouts, and full-service renovations from framing to finish.

Free quotes provided through this site or by phone are estimates based on the information available at the time. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties sign a written agreement describing the scope of work, timeline, and terms. Additional work discovered during a project will be discussed with you before it proceeds.

You agree to

• Provide accurate information about your property and project;
• Provide reasonable site access for estimates, work, and inspections;
• Obtain any approvals needed from owners, HOAs, or authorities before work begins;
• Make timely decisions and provide requested materials or approvals so the project stays on schedule;
• Notify us of safety hazards or existing issues at the property.

The website provided to you under the Launch plan is a single-page landing site including a contact form, Google Maps integration, basic animations and interactions, basic SEO setup, and Google Analytics integration. The plan includes one round of revisions and a delivery timeline of 4–6 days. Revisions beyond the included round, or scope outside the Launch plan, may be quoted separately.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to it or its connected systems. The content on this site is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
